Thank you! Excellent article! As a once-competitive athlete, I consumed 30 grams of meat or dairy at every meal. As a bodybuilder, I noticed red meat, in particular, to improve my muscle strength, recovery, and growth.

Experts taught me that meat and dairy is the most effective way to consume quality B-12 and other essential nutrients.

I continue this practice today. This weekend, my husband and I look forward to eating a couple of yummy filet mignon! 😋
