I asked Google how to make linoleum, one of the ingredients was:
oxidized linseed oil, BTW linseed oil is flaxseed oil.
So heating seed oils that are high in Linoleic Acid can create plastic and is essential in making Linoleum floors. This is to clarify the importance of avoiding processed cooking oils in your diet. Remember to read the ingredients of your boxed processed foods, they will use these types of oils because they help with shelf life.
Also look at the chart here ↓ , people are always talking about canola oil, but it is actually not the worst one.
The YouTube video I am posting below, shows an experiment where different types of oils are heated, creating interesting effects. The oils that were high in linoleic acid became plastic-like in his experiment.
The Benefits of Fasting
Did you ever notice that the answer to a question can be very simple, so simple that it gets ignored?
I loved this part of the video, 10 minutes in:
have I told you about the benefits of fasting?
likely not, since nobody can make any money off it
….let me tell you partner, there's a reason that the rumors of the Rockefeller Foundation having the cure for cancer for the past 60 years hasn't bubbled up to the surface yet, there's a reason all these evil old fucks lived forever…it's got to be something simple.
That was a subtle way to say it.
According to Medicinenet:
Depending on the individual’s metabolism, significant autophagy may take two to four days of fasting in humans. Autophagy is believed to begin when glucose and insulin levels drop considerably.
Hmmm… what is autophagy again?
He says it all in this 16 second edit I made.1 I hope you have 16 seconds to spare.
You probably go into Ketoacidosis.

The key to understanding these issues is simply this: the government says that seed oils are good and animal fats are bad, therefore the inverse is true. The truth is derived by applying this formula: government’s position = 1/truth.
