Please do not go away. What you say is a little bit “doom-y” but absolutely worth keeping an eye on. We must be ever vigilant to what those turd-gobblers are doing and/or willing to do.

I don't think I will go away. But I will have a paywall and there will be conditions to access the posts that get the most attention. The Meme posts. As in I need people to get over that I am "doom-y". Don't shoot the messenger. If we don't talk about this shit it will keep getting worse.

Agreed. No offence intended. I put doom-y in quotes as a way of suggesting I understand people can see things that way. I probably should have written that “some people might read this as doom-y” or something like that. Anyway, as your posts indicate, we must be realistic about all that’s happening.

yes I am sure that we are not supposed to notice or talk about it. This makes it harder to know or hear about it. I came up with the term myself. I don’t know if others have called it something else.

Maybe we all just need to go out in the real world. Out where we can feel the sunshine & breathe the “fresh” air. Out where real people who shake our hands or hug our necks are walking around & chatting or not. Maybe just maybe we’ve given the internet too much. Too much of ourselves. Let’s get real.

I think you are on to something though. I’ve seen the takeover of IG, twitter, Reddit, now substack.

I hang out with my new friends, all people who are open minded and want freedom to choose, in real life every week. It's all fake. I am just a messenger.
