Some real health foods, not fact checked…. These are the foods that made the biggest impact on my health. Vegetables and fruit are good, and taste good, but over-rated in my opinion.
When I switched over to these real health foods I stopped catching colds, that was part of why I was so horrified by the fake pandemic.

Slow down your exhale breaths, it might help you relax.1 This is what I try to do more often, during the day as well, when I remember. It is okay to relax!

I like to say ‘fake pandemic’ a lot it really pisses “them” off. Hahaha.

B. Thank you for reminding me about breathing as a healthy strategy! Beyond the obvious(you know, if I stop, then that's not a good sign...😉) but that doing the Wim Hof method of breathing (in 11 min) is great for asthma and other respiratory issues, never mind, the meditative 4 sec(inhale), 7 sec(hold) and 8 sec(exhale) is another great technique for slowing mind, anxiety down and clearing/strengthening lungs.
