Not Allowed to Say Their Names
When people make BIG $$$ claiming to be defending "freedom", that might be why they want to take it slow. And that might be why we never get there!
Have you ever wondered about how the more money we spend on cancer research it never seems like we will ever find the cure? I have a theory. I know I am not the only one to say this.
It is an industry now.
There are so many people employed in this industry that they have no real incentive to solve the problem.
Similarly, let us talk about some big names in the “health Freedom Movement”. Oh wait, sorry I noticed that’s not allowed for some reason.
Sorry, I am just going to say a couple names here. I am not supposed to criticize ██████ ██████, or ████ █████████. I am sure there are others too. But these are 2 that I have brought up in posts on Substack, and people rush to their defense. Anonymous people that I have never met.
Sorry to the people who I do know personally. Just so you know, that might be why I get a little pissed when you are defending these people too. It’s not you. But maybe that’s why these anonymous people are around. They comment, I reply, they keep commenting, pressuring me to change my stance. And then when I say something like “free speech” all of the sudden they erase the whole conversation.
It is up to you who you want to look up to and admire. I personally feel there are fishy people who claim to want to help.
They talk about freedom, but then they also talk about Lab Leaks and Gain of Function. Why do they want to bring up Lab Leaks and Gain of Function? My opinion (and the opinion of others) ; because they are not for freedom. They are trying to stir fear in you. It is holding us all back.
So I need to call that out. That’s part of the purpose of free speech. I am not telling anyone what to do, or who to trust, I am trying to shake at things I find fishy.
P.S. “Terry” was advising me on real journalism. I have been writing on Substack with more seriousness since May of 2023, and I have made 124$ through paid subscriptions, so far. So criticizing me as a journalist seems far fetched. I called the blog “Far Side of Fringe” because I knew it was not going to be suitable for many, because I wasn’t going to hold back, that was the plan. Do read the description of my blog here. It says this. “Deliberately Anti-woke. If you don't like people who ask questions, I recommend you do not subscribe. I ask questions.” I make all of my content open to all, because the internet is not free, certain people are elevated in your feed and others are not. This applies to the “Medical Freedom Movement” as well. Don’t be fooled!

You can trust me, I don't make BIG $$$!
I'm with you on this for sure. Here's what I have said in the past:
I've always thought that raising awareness was strange. Because where does it go from there?
It goes to raising money, that's where it goes!
Then what? What happens after that? Who gets the money? Why have they been raising awareness for causes -- seemingly forever, but those illnesses are not any closer to being cured.
Raising awareness is another hustle, another grift.
All of the largest non-profits raising awareness employ people, and those people make money working to "raise awareness." How much money actually goes to research? How many companies are going to actually perform research for illnesses that already have "treatments?"
It's a perpetual fund raiser -- which benefits the people who organize the fund raiser.
